How It Works (Operating Principle)

1. Carton Feeding: Cartons stacked in the magazine are fed individually onto the conveyor or turntable via vacuum suction cups or grippers.

3. Product & Leaflet Loading: Products and folded leaflets are moved to the loading position and inserted into open cartons via pushers or drop feeders.

4. Carton Sealing: Cartons are securely sealed using hot-melt glue applicators or tuck-in mechanical folders.

5. Batch Printing: Batch numbers, expiration dates, and manufacturing codes are printed on the carton surface using inkjet printers or embossing units.

6. Carton Output: Finished packages are conveyed to the next process or collection station.
